To ensure the best experience for you and all our clients, please take a moment to review our policy. Our guidelines are designed to keep things smooth, seamless, and enjoyable for everyone.

1. Appointments & Walk-Ins
Appointments are recommended to secure your preferred time, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shorter service or rescheduling.
A grace period of 10-15 minutes is allowed before the appointment is considered a no-show.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a fee or deposit forfeiture.
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
3. Payments & Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (if applicable).
Gratuity is appreciated but not required.
4. Satisfaction & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the service, please stop it or speak up immediately so we can address your concerns.
No refunds on services rendered. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 3 days for a complimentary fix.
Fixes are offered at management’s discretion and do not cover accidental damage or personal preference changes.
5. Hygiene & Health
We follow strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and equipment.
Clients with open wounds, contagious conditions, or fungal infections may be refused service for safety reasons.
If you have allergies or sensitivities to nail products, please inform us before the service.
6. Salon Etiquette
Please keep phone conversations to a minimum to maintain a relaxing environment.
Children must be supervised at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, disruptive, intoxicated, or poses a risk to our staff and other clients.
7. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
8. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless specified otherwise.
